In January 2011 we were in a new pub, the lovely Nag's Head. It was a small gathering at first and we worried that people had gone to the wrong place. As it turns out, one went to the old pub (The Plough) and two went to the Cricket Club. We did try to get the word out, honest!
Those that did manage it started on familiar territory with Uncle Bernard's, Jamie Allen, Speed the Plough, Brighton Camp, Oyster Girl, Seven Stars, Curly Headed Ploughboy and then someone who'd come in later started Speed The Plough again.
We then played Grandfather's Tune, and just for a change, Rogues March in D and G. Sandy River Belle was started by our banjo correspondent, followed by Salmon Tails, Rattling Bog, Orange in Bloom and its waltz version the Sherborne Waltz.
