NB--The last three bars (assuming 8 bar B music) are missing - page 15 is missing - so I have used the last three bars of the A music. Not the same tune as either of the two Johns of Paris in Dave Townsend's English Dance Music, or the one in Kerr's Merrie Melodies. The 'dim's' are written as the standard signs under the notes, each relates to a group of three crochets
