This is a "straightened out" version, giving the basic melody line. Cyril Stinnett, Cleo Persinger and others played the "A" part of this tune with a wholly different melody in the 2nd half of the "A" part. Durang's Hornpipe as it appears in Cole's gives an example of this variation.
