John Gallagher slides up to the first g's and from the f to the e in the first part of the tune, and from F sharp to F nat. in the second part of the tune. John Gallagher is a great fiddler from Adara, Co. Donegal. He said that this waltz was the most popular waltz in Ireland at that time (when he played it on the tape).
