Notes

I wrote this tune while grieving the loss of my friend and fellow musician, Tom Holder. Tom, a fiddle player from Plainfield Massachusetts, was well known for his expertise at repairing fiddles as well as playing them. It was always a delight to see him show up to a session. He was a warm and kind as well as talented individual. Tom lost his life on May 31, 1999 in an accident involving his ultralight aircraft. His death was a loss keenly felt in many circles in the Pioneer Valley 1999 by David de la Barre All rights reserved
